Key Differences from Full-Service Buyer’s Representation:

Strictly for property tours within a 30 day period; no ongoing guidance beyond basic observations.

In depth property analysis, market research, and offer strategy are not included.

Requires a non-refundable retainer, credited toward Buyer’s Brokerage Compensation if you decide to purchase and transition into a Full Service Buyer's Representation Contract within the 30 days.

Benefits of This Option:

View multiple homes quickly for faster decision-making.

Priority scheduling and unlimited showings during the 30 day period.

Ideal for buyers with relocation deadlines or limited availability.
